Growing a consumer AI app
Ali Riza Sahin, Software Engineer · Sep 2024 – Nov 2024
Fotorama, a consumer AI photo and video generation app by AppNation, in Istanbul.
The problem
An AI photo and video app needed organic reach, and the team was managing content by hand.
What I did
- Shipped growth features such as Instagram sharing
- Led requirements, stakeholder communication and the technical roadmap
- Proposed and built a backoffice panel to replace the manual work
Result
Top 100 in its category; content management 3× faster.
