Operations needed live visibility of shipments, coordinates were worked out by hand, and the same on-call issues kept coming back.
What I did
- Integrated real-time map tracking into the transportation management system
- Built event-driven workflows that calculate coordinates automatically
- Wrote self-healing scripts for recurring on-call issues
